Policy Briefs
The Covid-19 lockdown disrupted food systems in South Africa.
Food systems stakeholders responded with a range of adaptive innovations. These policy briefs were informed by a series of gatherings held in 2020-2021 to document and share how people in the Western Cape food system learned from and responded to the challenges the lockdown posed.
